I only reviewed the first episode of this show. The content in episode one should allow you to decide if you want to watch the rest of not. It has a lot of sexual stuff and gore. Even though it is based on a video game it is intended for adults.

Almost 200 years after after the apocalypse one of many Fallout Shelters, called Vaults, experiences an attack forcing one of the denzines to return to the surface which has become a wasteland ravaged by ghouls, raiders, men wearing mechanical fighting suits, and crazed robots. Based on the popular video game series this series tells a new, and untold, story within the world of Fallout.

Stuff to be aware of:

Goriness - A woman pulls a knife out of her side and gives herself a shot. A man sticks a gun in someone’s mouth and shoots other people through the dead man’s head. A man get chopped in half. Multiple people get things stabbed in their eyes. People get bashed in the face and blood goes everywhere. Someone puts a razor blade in another person’s boot. It cuts this person’s leg up pretty bad and blood is everywhere. (There is much more in later episodes such as people getting their fingers cut off and surgecially put back on)

LGBTQ - There is a person that goes by the pronoun “they.” This person looks like female, but has a light mustache.

Sexual - Some sexual jokes include messing around sexually with cousins, and a dress coming off as fast as a woman’s husband climaxed. There is a conversation about sperm count. A man takes his clothes off and his naked butt is seen several times. A couple has sex on a table, the woman removes her panties, but has intercourse wearing a full wedding dress. After sex the man (with his back to the camera) wipes him’s gentelia off on the curtain. A man is seen masterbating under a sheet. A woman is seen in a bra. (In a later episode several women are seen topless and sex is talked about in explicit ways several times)

Violence - Nuclear bombs go off and destroy a city. There are multiple fights and plenty of blood. A man gets his throat slashed by broken glass. There is lots of bloodiness, gore, and death. A man get his head shot off and it explodes, this is seen from the back. (n later episodes there is much more graphic violence and gore)

Other - Two kids are smoking what looks like weed. One character does not have a note. He kind of resembles the Red Skull from Captain America. He comes out of a coffin that is buried which creates an eerie atmosphere.

Overall:

I played the original Fallout briefly back when it came out on PC way back in 1997. I don’t recall the game being as “adult” as the show, but there has been many sequels since then. The Fallout world it rich with lore and the story and characters in the first episode are very compelling and will make you want to watch more. However, depending on how much gore and sexual things you can handle this may or may not be a show for you.
